This an account of the Zamboanga peace talks between the rebel returnees and the government panel. It manifests views and demands of the rebels, the resolutions of the government and the intensive and free wheeling discussions that enabled the government panel to appreciate and evaluate the grievances and the root causes of the unrest of the areas. The peace talk serves as a channel to attract more rebels to go back to the government in order that they may be given decent life in the society.
