Article provides some suggestions on the standard to be used in determining the ancestral domain. It also sketches the territorial domain of the Maguindanao sultanate and the ancestral domain of Mindanao, Sulu and Palawan. Moreover, it has a brief discussion on the basis of the Philippine Claim to Mindanao, Sulu and Palawan as State Domain.
