The study reveals that minimum tillage with mulch and harrowing treatments supplemented with glyphosate five days before planting at 1.5L/ha, handweeding plus hilling-up and conventional tillage treatments yield similar results in terms of plant height, number of bolls per plant, weight per boll and seed cotton yield. The highest net income of P28,784.60/ha and return of investment (ROI) of 328 percent are realized on minimum tillage with harrowing supplemented with glyphosate five days before planting, handweeding and hilling-up.
