This article deals with the peace talk held in Tuburan, Basilan province. The dialogue is negotiated by a four-man panel of Region XII composed of Commissioner Simeon Datumanong of Lanao del Sur, Governor Mamarinta Lao, the Commissioner of Election, with ex-PC Sgt. Mohammad Sali Abantas and Commander Eding Jama and his thirty followers.
