Assesses the values and job performance of teachers. Findings reveal that the teachers have "strongly internalized their human values" The average performance rating of the teachers in the District is 89.18 or "very satisfactory". Finally, there is a moderate but negative correlation between the internalized values of the teachers and their job performance level.
