Utilizes tomato in the production of tomato prunes. The usual procedure in preparing tomato prunes is followed. However, some applications on culinary cases are utilized such as removing the core and peeling the tomato. This study will be a baseline data for entrepreneurs and investors who will venture in mass production of Improved Tomato Prunes for commercial purposes.
