Conducts an appraisal of the resources of Ubay Barangay High School with the intention of using the findings as basis for the development of barangay Ubay and to determine what contributions the high school has made to the development of barangay Ubay. The researcher gathers data from seven teachers and 353 students of Ubay Barangay High School using questionnaires, interview, direct observation and documentary analysis.
