This article is a revision of a research paper for Anthropology which presents the sizeable assemblage of musical instruments from the different ethnic groups collected and stored in the Field Museum of Natural History (FMNH). The collection presented here is geographically oriented from Northern to Southern Philippines. Photographic reproduction and illustrations are found in this article specifically the instruments of Kulaman Manobo, Bilaan, Bagobo, Mandaya, Divavaon, Maranaw abd Moro of Zamboanga. Included is a table of individual collectors of these ethnic instruments and a glossary of terms for the musical items.
