The Civil Service Commission has been giving value orientation seminars to employees of the different government agencies including those of DENR-ARMM. Eco seminars were also given to those who were not able to attend the CSC seminars. This study describes the changes in the behavior of the DENR-ARMM employees, if any, and determines whether or not there is a significant differences in the change of behavior between those who attended the CSC seminars and those who attended only echo seminars.
