The Second Mindanao Peace and Development Summit is a part of a continuing government and private sector initiative to respond to the on-going tensions and hostilities, which threaten peace and development in the area. The initiative is geared towards building and mobilizing a Mindanao-wide advocacy for unity and non-violence, which is translated into concrete actions for peace and development.
