The study aims to determine the relationship of supervisory practices to perceive the organizational climate in Zamboanga del Sur Division school year 1990-1991. Also solicits the perceived information from the ten teachers in every forty-four districts looking at the common supervisory practices such as supervising individual teacher, improving teaching-learning situation, studying and planning/implementing, research experimentation, human relations and educational leadership.
