The recruitment practices in the City Government of Iligan

Annotation

This study is an assessment of the recruitment practices, as perceived by the employees-respondents, in the city government of Iligan, particularly, the personal characteristics of the employees-respondents, their position, educational qualification, training, number of years in government service and civil service eligibility. It also discusses the level of knowledge of the respondents on the Civil Service rules and regulations pertaining to recruitment and the recruitment problems perceived by employees-respondents in implementing the Civil Service rules and regulations.
