Focuses on the professional development of private elementary school teachers specifically in areas of study/scholarship grants, inservice trainings/seminars, subscription to educational magazines, exchange visitors/inter-school visitation, teaching and non-teaching load, acquisition of teaching materials, research and innovation. This study likewise identifies the highly developed and not developed area as perceived by the teachers and administrators.
