Discusses the changes that have taken place among Filipino Muslim women. It points out some of the factors that influence or facilitate these changes and access their wider implications with regard to the relations between men and women in Philippine Muslim society and the various Philippine Muslim institutions such as the family, the Madrasah (religious school), the Adat (customary law) and the Shariah (Islamic law).
