The study shows that tillage significantly affect numbers of days to flowering and total day matter yield of peanut but have no significant effect on other plant characters. Zero tillage is best in June planting for both Spanish Red UPL 2 (Moket) cultivars. Podding capacity does not differ significantly for all tillage practices employed although UPL 2 produce more pods than Spanish Red.
