Postmasters in the Postal District of Maguindanao are generally dominated by male personnel. Their superiors have given them a satisfactory rating on their performance in the areas of knowledge of their job, quality of work, and dependability. A positive relationship between job performance and job satisfaction of postmasters is established in this study.
