The perceived role of school administrators in teachers development

Annotation

This research is designed to find out the extent of agreement and usefulness of the administrators' role in the Province of Bukidnon, as perceived by the administrators' themselves and by the teachers. It also ascertains the correlation of these roles to the development of the teachers.
