This article is about the peace conference of President Marcos and representatives of the government with the rebel leaders from the different rebel groups from Tawi-Tawi, Basilan, Sulu, Cotabato, Maguindanao, Zamboanga and other places. The purpose of this conference is to seek genuine understanding of the sources of conflict and to adopt the best means to solve the problem, but within the context of territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic.
