The study is an assessment of the non-formal Education Programs implemented in Cagayan de Oro City based on the perceptions of selected NFE coordinators/teachers and NFE clients regarding the problems encountered by both implementers and clients and the effects of the program. The study also determined the survival rate of the three NFE programs namely Functional Literacy, Literacy Cum Livelihood and Livelihood Skills Development.
