The study shows that there is still a need to improve the funding, equipment and facilities in the non-formal education program. The graduates or beneficiaries find the livelihood training program effective though employment opportunities and entrepreneurial development are perceived to be necessary. The beneficiaries of the non-formal education program are functionally literate and they demonstrated positive disposition toward education, government, politics, economy and the community and are conscious of their duties as citizens of the country.
