This book comes mainly from a thesis submitted for a masters of law at the faculty of law at the University of Melbourne in 1999. Mainly this is a legal study, particularly looking at constitutional cooperative and international law aspects of the Islamic challenge and the peace process in continuing Mindanao conflict.
