A two-part article that identifies the Mindanao imperatives in the socioeconomic front. Identified imperatives are correct macroeconomic policy, provision of a fair share of the infrastructure budget for the island, improving human resource through improve education and health services, promoting sustainable agricultural development and competitiveness and intensifying BIMP-EAGA trade relations.
