The study determines the efficiency of the program in terms of the academic offerings teaching force, and facilities. It also identifies problems encountered in the implementation of the program. Generally, the program is found to be efficient in terms of implementation and offered relevant curriculum. The teaching force is highly satisfactory in terms of their teaching methods and classroom performance. The facilities are found less satisfactory in meeting the needs of the faculty, staff and students. Problems such as the temporary site of the graduate school, unclear rules on admission and procedures, and insufficient library materials are found to have a bearing on effective and efficient implementation of the program.
