This study looks into the maintenance-motivational factors of the personnel of Lourdes College as perceived by the personnel themselves. It also identifies the factor that LC personnel perceive as highly motivating. Three components of motivation are investigated namely: individual characteristics, job characteristics and the work situation characteristics. (Also in SP).
