This study covers a general study of pre-Islamic Filipino society, culture and civilization, the historic processes that made the coming and spread of Islam in the Philippines, Islamization process and results of Islamization, the significant roles Islam among the Moros or Muslim Filipinos and the resurgence of Islam in the Philippines.
