Assesses the implementation of the Nonformal Education program in the areas covered by the Maguindanao Schools Division. Includes the profile of the beneficiaries and implementors of the program, the survival rate of the program, the extent of the program implementation in terms of achieving its objectives and administrative support, and the effects of the program to the living conditions of the clientele in terms of education, livelihood, community affairs participation and the moral and spiritual aspects of their life.
