The study evaluates the implementation of Integrated Seaweed Industry Development Program in terms of organizational, institutional, enterprise development in relation to their effectiveness in the Province of Tawi-Tawi. Five indicators identified in the study are entrepreneurship development training, techno-managerial program, special training program, small business consultancy, and industry level consultancy. The training activities are found to be with the highest acceptance involved special training programs and small business consultancy. The marketing assistance program is considered satisfactory while the organizational development program is perceived as ineffective.
