The resettlement projects in both provinces are in line with the Barangay Resettlement Community Program. Ampaso assesses the effects of the projects on the lives of the recipients based on the perceptions of the implementing line agencies. This study also identifies the implementing factors associated with the perceived effects of the program and the difference existing between the implementation in both provinces.
