This study records the historical facts and events of Baliangao, Misamis Occidental from the early period to the present. It includes the political, socio-economic, educational and religious development of the place. Data are gathered from the provincial and different office records of Baliangao, Parish convent, ICC Research Center and graduate school library, local records and personal sources from respected and knowledgeable citizens of the place and neighboring communities.
