Ascertains the leadership style and its effectiveness as perceived by the school administrators themselves and their teachers. It is expected that this study would draw the needed information in the field of situational leadership styles of school administrators of Lanao del Norte. This further serves as a guide to principals in discovering their strengths and weaknesses and for self-evaluation for the improvement of the service.
