Aims to find out the communication roles of the chieftain (datu) in Bongolanon, Magpet, Cotabato and to determine the perceptions of the key informants and the residents on the communication roles of the traditional leader. The study is conducted in sitios Tohamaling, Pandanon and Tausuoan of Bongolanon, where the residents are collectively referred to as members of the Tahapantau Tribal Organization.
