This study assesses the impact of the coastal environment program (CEP) on the socioeconomic status of beneficiaries and determines the extent to which the program-participants avail themselves of the component activities of CEP. The program is implemented in the coastal communities of Baliangao, Plaridel, Lopez Jaena, and Sinacaban in Misamis Occidental, Laguindingan, Jasaan and Balingoan in Misamis Oriental, and Guinsilban in Camiguin.
