In this study, the Agama court among the Muslim Filipinos is assessed in terms of administration and enforcement of the law of the people. The work is highly descriptive of the nature, organization and function, and the effect of Agama Courts among the Muslim Filipinos. It recommends that such institutions should not be prohibited and should validly exist within the orbit of Philippine legal system.
