The study investigates the potentials offered by corncobs as energy source and to find out the limiting factors in utilizing producer gas from corncobs. Specifically it determines the amount of diesel fuel that can be conserved in utilizing producer gas from corncobs for power generation and to demonstrate the suitability of producer gas from corncobs for use in drying of agricultural products.
