The different existing student-based faculty evaluation instruments of five undergraduate colleges of the university are assessed. Based on the assessment of these evaluation forms, a proposed instrument for university-wide use is designed and then improved with the help of the feedback from the deans, chairpersons and faculty with the purpose of making the evaluation system more systematic and functional.
