The number of vendors in streets and other public places is growing and the disadvantage of their plight is becoming more obvious. The Oro Integrated Cooperative (OIC) is one of these initiatives that aim at helping the street traders gain access to a much-needed capital. Through the auspices of CARE-Philippines and USAID, OIC is able to implement activities, under the Tulong Sa Street Vendors project, that are meant to improve the quality of its products and services.
