Ascertains the four strategic instructional leadership performance of the principals as an instructional resource, communicator, resource provider/allocator, and visible presence as perceived by themselves and by their teachers in the division of Iligan City school year 1996-1997. Likewise, the extent of association between the two perceptions in the four areas is looked into and the difference in the leadership performance of the said strategic interactions when grouped according to personal related variables is examined.
