This six-year project aims to implement an integrated environment protection and management for critical ecosystems in Region XI and XII pursuant to DENR DAO No. 99-14 dated 1 July 1999, as imperative to sustainable development, supported by Japan Bank for International Cooperation through loan. This is a "one-stop shop'" coastal environment programs and projects in Region XI.
