Some points of contact between Seventhday Adventist and Islamic teaching

Annotation

The author is a Seventh Day Adventist missionary in the Muslim area of Zamboanga and Sulu. In this study he focuses on an analysis and evaluation of two points of contact between Seventh Day Adventist and Islamic teaching, namely: eschatology and abstinence from certain foods and beverages. The main objective of this study is to give both Muslims and the Seventh Day Adventist Christians a chance to discover the teaching that both have in common. Further examination of the literature of each religion is recommended.
