The study identifies some factors which affect faculty-librarian relationship and the extent of their influence to improve library services. Findings reveal that certain factors affect faculty-librarian relationship like length of service within the present institution and assignment, the extent with which the faculty relate the library to their classroom activities/requirements, and faculty participants participation in developing the library collection.
