The study describes the technical and financial capabilities of the LGUs in the management of its solid wastes and assesses the existing methods and practices employed in the management of their solid wastes. Results of the study show that the successful implementation of the SWM Program is dependent upon the workers technical capability, financial capability and the solid waste methods and practices of the barangay.
