Soil survey of Naburos Island. In NOMCCARD Research and Abstracts 1993-1998.

Annotation

Naburos island is located at Baliangao, Misamis Occidental covering an area of about thirty-eight hectares. Coconut is the most abundant vegetation in the dryland area while bakauan is the most common among mangrove species in the wetland. The dryland soil of Naburos is acidic and with low nutrient content thus, growing of agricultural crops without soil amelioration is possible but would give very poor yield.
