A feasibility study on the utilization and development of locally available soil using an additive (cement) to produce structurally acceptable building component. This results in the fabrication of soil cement hollow blocks with high compressive strength based upon the following parameters considered, mixture of water, cement and sand, period and manner of cutting, size of aggregates, type of soil and methods of preparation.
