The study aims to find out the seriousness of the social problems in Zamboanga del Norte as perceived by the teachers, heads and other officials of the different government units, church leaders of the different religious denominations as well as leaders of the tribal/ethnic communities. Significant differences among the perceptions of the five groups of respondents were tested.
