Self-perceived burn-out level of elementary grade teachers

Annotation

It is a common observation that teachers work for hours at night to come up with well-prepared lessons despite working in the classrooms the whole day. In this study, the respondent elementary grade teachers describe their level of being burn-out and identify the specific situations that causes their conditions of being so.
