School-related factors promoting effective teaching of Mathematics in grade I

Annotation

The respondents of the study are twenty grade I teachers of Esperanza District I, for SY 1999-2000. The study indicates that qualifications and characteristics of teachers, instructional materials, learning environment, and instructional time are perceived to be important school-related factors for effective teaching of Mathematics in Grade I.
