This study presents the results of an evaluation made by the School of Arts and Sciences faculty on the dean and the chairpersons of the Departments of Language and Letters, Mathematics, Social Sciences and Natural Sciences during the school years 1999-2000 to 2002-2003. The thirty-six faculty members evaluate the administrators on their communication skills, human relations, administrative skills like planning, organizing, supervising and evaluating as well as their personal competence.
