This research traces the history of First Bukidnon Electric Cooperative and identifies the physical, economic, socio-cultural and political changes among the end-users of the technology effected by the rural electrication. Its intended and unintended effects is likewise looked into and the process that brought about changes in basic components of community is analyzed.
