The study aims to propose policy measures in order that philatelic products be upgraded according to international levels, to formulate policies pertaining to the printing, production, promotion, marketing, distribution, and sales of philatelic products, and to introduce guidelines for restructuring the Philatelic Division to make it more efficient, effective, and entrepreneurial.
