Pula Bato ancestral domain claim, Tampakan, South Cotabato

Annotation

Like the Bla-ans of Danlag, those of the adjacent Pula Bato also have an equally rightful claim to Pula Bato Bong Banwu as their ancestral domain. In fact Danlag was occupied and created from Pula Bato. They are also able to recall no less than an uninterrupted occupancy of eight generations or a total of 240 years. They share the same folklore of creation as those of Danlag, the same names of the main characters therein, the same names of sacred places, bulol (mountains), gumlok (hunting grounds) and e-el (rivers, creeks, springs and waterfalls) and other geographic and human features.
